Welcome! So glad you are here! I am delving into singing and songwriting after years of living purposefully as a devoted wife to Anthony, mother to our seven children, and Nini to four precious grand babies! My love affair with music began in 1970 when Jesus Christ Superstar was released on vinyl, which awakened my quest to discover Jesus through song! Music is central to who I am and how my faith, hopes and dreams have been shaped. I am excited about this new season in my life and exploring all those ideas, lyrics and melodies that were written somewhere between piles of laundry, swim meets and cooking! I reside in Nashville, TN far from my parents’ hometown of Roseto Valfortore, Italy, but my Italian-American roots have remained with me throughout the years, most notably in the close ties with many extended relatives. Our frequent family celebrations that carry on the traditions of homemade wine, homemade food, music and faith, bring Italy to our doorstep.
My childhood memories as the youngest of five children were greatly influenced by the music I was exposed to in our home. We had records spinning and the radio was always on! I was exposed to country, rock, jazz, blues, big band, Catholic hymns, folk, opera and the songs of Italy! Both of my parents were musically inclined – my father played the clarinet in his high school band and my mother sang in her school and church choirs. They supported me in my singing endeavors from a very young age, and I attribute my later studies of music at Catholic University of America to their love and encouragement.

I have been involved in music ministry for over thirty-five years. I have served as a cantor and choir member at my previous parish,Our Lady of Mercy in Potomac MD, where I also volunteered as a coordinator and leader of Walking with Purpose, a study that enables women to know Christ through Scripture. I have a special affection for young people and wish for them the same experience of music, faith, and blessing that I enjoyed as a teenager, and was instrumental in starting the youth band at our 5pm Sunday Mass. I had the distinct pleasure of leading this group of young people with Fr. Chris Seith to Poland for World Youth Day 2016 . I am so grateful and humbled by the amazing experience of praise and worship with young Catholic Christians from all over the world, especially during our Night of Mercy with Matt Maher and Audrey Assad.
In addition to being a stay at home mom and following my passion for singing, I am a realtor with Corcoran Reverie in Nashville TN and Real Broker as part of the Kilner-Kirk Team in Maryland and enjoy cooking, reading, playing guitar and piano, calligraphy, skiing, and kayaking. I am owner of Hope of Glory Christian Counseling Services and founding member of Heart of Mercy Worship. I find the most pleasure in spending time with family and friends…always with a prayer in my heart and a song on my lips!
